User Journey Overview ===================== The Co-design platform guides you through a structured, collaborative process to design resilient services. This page gives you an overview of how the platform features connect. Each step feeds the next, creating a virtuous cycle where your project knowledge grows richer over time. The Co-design Methodology -------------------------- The platform is built on three foundational pillars: 1. **Design** — Innovative solutions addressing real user needs 2. **Collective** — Heterogeneous actors collaborating across disciplines 3. **Crisis** — Support for unlikely but necessary collaboration The 4 Phases ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ .. list-table:: :header-rows: 1 :widths: 12 25 63 * - Phase - Name - Focus * - Phase 1 - Identification - Stakeholders, projects, ecosystem mapping * - Phase 2 - Data-Information-Value - DIV creation, needs identification * - Phase 3 - User Research & Validation - Profiles, journeys, feedback, integration challenges * - Phase 4 - Outcomes & Sustainability - Outcomes diagram, sustainability canvas .. mermaid:: graph LR A[Create Project

Start your project** Create a project with your service idea, or begin with a :doc:`Flash Diagnosis <02-features>` to quickly assess your idea's maturity across the 5 dimensions. A Flash Diagnosis can be converted into a full project at any time. **2. Explore with AI Chat** The :doc:`AI Chat <02-features>` is your main workspace. Ask questions, brainstorm, and let the methodology-aware assistant guide you through the 4 co-design phases. It adapts its suggestions to your project's current state. **3. Fill templates manually or with chatbot guidance** When structured input is needed, the AI suggests relevant :doc:`templates <02-features>` — stakeholder ID cards, user profiles, sustainability canvases, and more. You can also fill them manually from the Templates section or with the help of the chatbot who will provide suggestions. **4. Build your Knowledge Base** Every completed template and diagnosis result feeds the :doc:`Knowledge Base <02-features>`. This is the project's collective memory — structured, searchable, and always growing. **5. Make the AI smarter** The AI searches the Knowledge Base on every query (RAG). The more knowledge you accumulate, the more grounded and relevant the AI's responses become. **6. Track progress with Diagnosis** Run a :doc:`diagnosis <02-features>` periodically to see how your scores evolve across the 5 dimensions (Usefulness, Operability, Usability, Sustainability, Scalability). Use the radar chart to identify gaps. **7. Iterate until complete** Repeat the cycle — chat, fill templates, diagnose — advancing through all 4 phases until your project reaches maturity.
