This guide provides example prompts you can use with the AI assistant at each phase of your co-design project. The more specific you are about your domain, constraints, and stakeholders, the better the AI's responses will be.

Phase 1 — Approaching Users
----------------------------

In this phase, you identify and engage potential users and stakeholders.

**Stakeholder identification:**

- "Who are the key stakeholders for a flood early-warning system in southern France?"
- "What types of end-users would benefit most from our service?"
- "Can you suggest relevant European organisations working on climate adaptation?"

**Partner discovery:**

- "What partnerships exist in the CORDIS database for drought monitoring?"
- "Search for EU-funded projects related to precision agriculture and Earth Observation"
- "Suggest potential partners in the water management domain"

**Template creation:**

- "Help me create a stakeholder ID card for our regional water authority"
- "Help me define the scope and constraints of our project"
- "Fill in a project ID card based on what we've discussed so far"

Phase 2 — Co-Design Diagnosis
-----------------------------

In this phase, you assess the technical landscape using the Data-Information-Value (DIV) framework.

**Data & systems mapping:**

- "What Copernicus data services are relevant for soil moisture monitoring?"
- "Help me identify data gaps in our current system architecture"
- "What infrastructure would we need to process satellite imagery in near-real-time?"

**DIV assessment:**

**Integration planning:**

Phase 3 — Workshop Sessions

In this phase, you organise workshops with users to validate needs and collect feedback.

**Usefulness workshops:**

**Operability workshops:**

Phase 4 — Outcomes & Sustainability

In this phase, you plan for long-term viability and define measurable outcomes.
